What is the difference between LANDROMA diffuser models?
Different LANDROMA diffusers are designed for different usage scenarios.
Car Diffuser
The car diffuser is compact and designed for vehicle interiors. It works in a cycle of 10 seconds on and 60 seconds off, with three adjustable intensity levels and a 30-minute automatic shut-off.
Home Diffuser
The home diffuser is designed for indoor spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, and offices. It works for 3 minutes and pauses for 3 minutes, with a 2-hour automatic shut-off and a rotary switch for power adjustment.
Large-Space / Outdoor Diffuser
The large-space or outdoor diffuser is designed for areas with stronger airflow, such as hotel lobbies, entrances, outdoor spaces, and open environments. It can work continuously when powered, uses a rotary knob for power adjustment, and is equipped with a brushless motor for longer service life and stable operation.
Which LANDROMA diffuser should I choose for home use?
For bedrooms, living rooms, studies, and personal spaces, we recommend choosing a LANDROMA home diffuser.
The home model is designed to create a balanced fragrance experience with an automatic working and pause cycle. It is suitable for daily use in modern home interiors.
Which diffuser should I choose for my car?
For car use, we recommend choosing a LANDROMA car diffuser.
The car diffuser is designed for smaller enclosed spaces and includes adjustable intensity levels and automatic shut-off, making it suitable for daily driving.
Which diffuser is suitable for hotels, lobbies, or large spaces?
For hotel lobbies, reception areas, outdoor seating areas, and spaces with stronger airflow, we recommend choosing a LANDROMA large-space or outdoor diffuser.
This type of diffuser is designed for more demanding environments and can work continuously when connected to power.
Are LANDROMA diffusers made with real wood?
LANDROMA diffusers are designed with wood-style or wooden components depending on the product model.
Because wood is a natural material, each product may show slight differences in grain, color, and texture. These variations are part of the natural character of the material.
Why does the wood grain look different from product to product?
Natural wood may vary in color, grain direction, texture, and pattern. This means each LANDROMA diffuser may have its own unique appearance.
These differences are normal and do not affect regular product use.
Fragrance & Oil Questions
Can I use essential oils with LANDROMA diffusers?
Yes, compatible fragrance oils or essential oils may be used according to the instructions of the specific LANDROMA product.
Please always follow the user manual and avoid using oils that are too thick, sticky, or not recommended for diffuser use.
Does the fragrance oil come with the diffuser?
This depends on the specific product listing.
Some LANDROMA products may include fragrance oil, while others may be sold as the diffuser only. Please check the product page carefully before placing your order.
How strong will the scent be?
Scent strength depends on several factors, including:

For the best experience, start with a lower setting and increase gradually if needed.
How long does the scent last?
Scent duration depends on the diffuser model, usage time, fragrance oil type, space size, and airflow.
Fragrance may last longer in smaller or less ventilated spaces and may disperse more quickly in open or windy environments.
Can I mix different fragrance oils?
We do not recommend mixing too many different fragrance oils at the same time.
If you want to change scents, clean the diffuser according to the product instructions before using a very different fragrance.
Can LANDROMA diffusers purify air or provide health benefits?
LANDROMA diffusers are designed for fragrance and atmosphere use only.
They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We do not claim that our diffusers purify air or provide medical benefits.
Usage & Safety
How do I use my LANDROMA diffuser?
Please follow the user manual included with your product.
In general:
Place the diffuser on a stable surface or install it according to the instructions.
Add compatible fragrance oil if required.
Connect power or turn on the device according to the product model.
Adjust the intensity using the switch, button, or rotary control.
Clean and maintain the product regularly.
Can I leave the diffuser running all day?
Please follow the instructions for your specific product model.
The car diffuser and home diffuser include automatic shut-off functions. The large-space or outdoor model is designed for continuous operation when powered, but it should still be used in a safe location and checked regularly.
Do not use any product if it is damaged, leaking, overheating, or operating abnormally.
Is the diffuser safe to use around children or pets?
Please keep diffusers, fragrance oils, and small parts away from children and pets.
Some people and animals may be sensitive to certain fragrances. Use fragrance products carefully, ensure proper ventilation, and stop using the product if discomfort occurs.
What should I do if oil spills?
Wipe off spilled oil immediately.
Fragrance oils may affect wood, leather, fabric, plastics, painted surfaces, car interiors, and other materials. Avoid direct contact between fragrance oil and sensitive surfaces.
Can I use the diffuser near heat or open flames?
No.
Do not place the diffuser or fragrance oil near open flames, high heat, direct sunlight for long periods, or any unsafe electrical environment.

Do LANDROMA products come with a warranty?

What is not covered by warranty?
