LANDROMA Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing LANDROMA.

This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage for LANDROMA aroma diffusers and related products purchased from the LANDROMA website.

LANDROMA is operated by LANDROMA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.


Warranty Period

LANDROMA aroma diffuser devices come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

The warranty applies only to eligible LANDROMA products purchased directly from the LANDROMA website or authorized sales channels.

To request warranty service, proof of purchase may be required.


What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Covered issues may include:

Product not turning on under normal use
Motor or internal component failure not caused by misuse
Power control failure under normal use
Electrical function failure not caused by improper handling
Defects in assembly or workmanship
Other confirmed manufacturing defects

Warranty coverage is subject to inspection and approval by LANDROMA.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Failure to follow the user manual or product instructions
Accidental drops, impact, or physical damage
Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
Use of incompatible fragrance oils, essential oils, or liquids
Oil leakage caused by overfilling or improper use
Blockage caused by thick, sticky, or unsuitable oils
Water damage or liquid damage caused by improper use
Damage caused by fire, high heat, direct sunlight, or extreme conditions
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, power adapter, cable, or power source
Cosmetic scratches, stains, discoloration, or surface marks from regular use
Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, or pattern
Loss of accessories, packaging, manuals, or removable parts
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Products without valid proof of purchase

Because wood is a natural material, differences in grain, color, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.


Fragrance Oils and Consumable Products

Fragrance oils, essential oils, refill bottles, consumable fragrance products, and other consumable items are not covered by the limited warranty after opening or use, unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or warranty service.


Accessories and Replacement Parts

Accessories such as cables, bottles, caps, nozzles, tubes, filters, or other removable parts may have different warranty coverage depending on the product and issue.

If an accessory arrives damaged, missing, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

LANDROMA will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution when applicable.

Warranty Review Process

After receiving your warranty request, LANDROMA may review the information provided and may ask for additional photos, videos, or troubleshooting details.

The review process may include:

Confirming the order and purchase date
Checking whether the product is within the warranty period
Reviewing photos or videos of the issue
Confirming whether the issue is related to a manufacturing defect
Providing troubleshooting steps when appropriate

Please do not send any product back before receiving instructions from LANDROMA.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Warranty Solutions

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by this warranty, LANDROMA may offer one of the following solutions:

Troubleshooting support
Replacement parts
Repair guidance
Product replacement
Partial refund
Full refund when appropriate

The available solution may depend on the product model, issue type, product condition, location, and stock availability.

LANDROMA reserves the right to determine the appropriate warranty solution after review.


Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect, LANDROMA may cover reasonable shipping costs for replacement parts or replacement products where applicable.

If the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, repair costs, replacement costs, customs duties, taxes, or other related fees.

Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the customer’s country or region.


Replacement Products

If a replacement product is provided, the replacement may be the same model or a comparable model depending on availability.

A replacement product does not restart the original warranty period. The replacement remains covered for the remaining time of the original warranty period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Important Safety Notice

Please stop using the product immediately if you notice any of the following:

Unusual smell
Overheating
Smoke
Leakage
Abnormal noise
Visible damage
Loose parts
Electrical malfunction

Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble the product yourself. Contact LANDROMA customer support for assistance.


Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to the product itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LANDROMA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible oils, or failure to follow the product instructions.

This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights depending on your country or region.
