Non-Returnable Items

Used fragrance oils or essential oils
Opened or used consumable fragrance products
Products with visible signs of use, oil residue, stains, or damage
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the user manual
Products modified or repaired without authorization
Items returned without original accessories or parts
Gift cards or promotional items not sold separately
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. LANDROMA is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.


Return Inspection

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.

Exchanges

Order Cancellation

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we may deduct shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs fees, or other related charges from any refund.
